Support

Our engineers perform installations and initial operator training when a machine is first delivered to a customer site. There will be negotiations thereafter with a customer to enter a service contract which caters for both preventive (PMI) and corrective maintenance (CMI) of the machine. Customers who are in contract, can also receive maintenance service as and when the need arises, and charges will be varied depending on the case.
